A Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) is Now Offered in Downtown Lebanon

Visitors to downtown Lebanon will now be able to take their beverages with them as they stroll the area.  The City has designated a DORA district, which encompasses a large portion of the downtown central business district. DORA beverages are allowed within the designated boundary, and signs are clearly posted to ensure guidelines are followed.

Patrons must purchase a beverage at a DORA establishment, and leave with their beverage in a qualified DORA cup. No carry-in alcohol is allowed.

The DORA hours of operation are:
Monday – Thursday
6 p.m. to midnight
Friday
5 p.m. to midnight
Saturday – Sunday
Noon to midnight

Patrons will be able to enjoy their beverage in outdoor public gathering spaces within the district, and also inside any business that welcomes a DORA beverage.  It will be easy to determine where DORA beverages are welcome, just by observing the special decal that is displayed at all business storefronts within the DORA district.

Learn more by reading the DORA FAQ's.
