Protecting the well-being of our employees, customers, and
community has and will always be our top priority. Please know that All
emergency City services are in full operation as we monitor the Coronavirus
(COVID-19) situation. In response to the Governor’s Stay at Home order,
the City Building has been closed to the public for all non-court related
operations. The City has suspended all utility disconnect and late
payment penalties. Below is an update on the status of core City
Court – On Monday and
Thursday’s video arraignments will be at 1:00 pm; Preliminary hearings at 1:30
pm and Arraignments at 2:00 pm. The Court will only be open on
Monday and Thursday’s from 1:00 – 3:00 pm for court. The Clerk’s
office hours are Monday and Thursday 10:00 am – 3:00 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and
Friday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. To reach the Clerk’s office please
Police, Fire, and EMS Services
– All emergency response services remain unaffected. However, certain
non-emergency services such as CPR classes, non-emergency traffic stops, and
public safety group training sessions have been temporarily suspended. If
you have a question regarding public safety operations, please utilize the
Police Dispatch Center non-emergency number at 513-932-2010.
Utility Payment / Service
Department – The City Building is closed. We are asking that
residents and businesses utilize the utility payment drop box located in the
alley behind the City Building, or our online utility payment options, while
the City building is temporarily closed. The Service Department can be

Utility / Public Works Services
(Electric, Water, Sewer) – City crews are in place to respond to any
utility service outage or public works issue. We have proactively taken
steps to organize our staff into multiple working groups to limit how many
utility employees could be affected by a virus quarantine situation within
their department. Electric disconnections have been temporarily
suspended. If a customer experiences financial hardship due to
the Coronavirus, please contact the Service Department at 513-933-7200 regarding a
payment extension agreement. You can also call this number to establish a
new utility account, or to contact a customer service representative.
Streets & Parks –
City crews are in place to handle emergency street or parks issues. Per
the Stay at Home order, playgrounds and restrooms are closed, but our City
parks remain open for walking, running, biking, etc. Please practice all
social distancing recommendations while using the park system.
Tax Department –
The City code states that our tax filing deadline is the same date
as the State’s filing deadline, which currently is April 15th. We are
waiting for direction from the State regarding if their tax filing deadline
will be changed to mirror the new Federal deadline. Please know that we
will work with all of our residents and businesses during these challenging
