Chapter 903 of the City of Lebanon Codified Ordinances requires sidewalk and driveway-apron maintenance to be the responsibility of the property owner . Each property owner in the City has the responsibility of maintaining in good repair the driveway apron and sidewalks abutting their property. Maintenance of an area includes keeping the area free from snow and other nuisances, as well as replacement and / or repair of sidewalks and driveway aprons that are in need of repair.
WebCheck is an internet-based program for conducting fingerprint-based civilian background checks. This program reduces the return time of civilian background checks to as little as several hours when no criminal history record exists.
In 1993, the Ohio General Assembly passed numerous state laws requiring background checks for certain occupations including individuals who work with children, those who work with the elderly, certain licensed professionals and persons working in the financial industry. New legislation outlining background check requirements has continued to pass since this time and the number of background checks increases annually.
These services are provided Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 am - 12:00 noon.
The fee for WebCheck is $35, and only cash is accepted. A photo ID or driver's license is required. You must provide exact address for WebCheck results to be mailed.
Please be aware that the results may take up to 30 days or more to be mailed from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation.
The fee for ink-rolled fingerprints is $5, and only cash is accepted.
When Lebanon begins purchasing water from the Greater Cincinnati Water Works, the hardness will be approximately 150 mg/L (9 gpg). If you currently have a home water softener, you will notice that you will get longer runs between recharges and use less salt when the switch is made to Cincinnati water.
