The Lebanon Division of Police is pleased to make available to the public information not exempted from disclosure by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio.  To serve you as quickly as possible, we ask you submit your request to the following email address:

Helpful information may include the following:

  •  Event date(s) or date range
  •  Event location
  •  Names of people involved (including dates of birth or middle initials if known)
  •  Any additional information that may help us locate the record you need
