About the Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a three-member administrative board appointed by the City Council for a four-year term. The board functions in a quasi-judicial capacity in reviewing and deciding upon appeal requests specific to the Lebanon Zoning Code. A public hearing is required for a majority of the requests before the BZA. The BZA's review authority is subject to criteria as provided in the Lebanon Zoning Code.

Meetings are held in the Court room on the second floor of the City Building at 50 South Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.

A pre-application meeting is required prior to submitting applications to the Department of Planning and Development.  Please contact (513) 228-3170 for additional information.
